Differentiating between men and women

  • Hormone Panel

    Testosterone (Total and Free): Critical for muscle growth, recovery, and overall energy.

    • Men: Low levels can impact strength and endurance.

    Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR): Measures the rate at which red blood cells settle in a tube, providing insight into systemic inflammation.

    • Both Genders: Elevated ESR may indicate chronic inflammation, injuries, or autoimmune activity affecting recovery and performance.
  • Blood Sugar and Insulin Senstivity

    Fasting Glucose, Insulin, and HbA1c: Monitor energy stability and metabolic health.

    • Both Genders: Poor glucose regulation can impact endurance and fat utilization during training.
  • Lipid Profile
